Disconnect the dishwasher from power.
In many Maytag models, the temperature sensor (thermistor) is integrated into the main control board and is not a separate, replaceable part.
If you receive this error, it means the main control board has a fault and the entire board needs to be replaced.
Access the main control board at the base of the unit, transfer the wiring to the new board, and install it.
