Error Code: 6-7 Difficulty: Moderate
Problem: Flow Meter Disconnected / Damaged
How to Fix 6-7 Error
- Disconnect the dishwasher from power.
- The flow meter measures how much water is entering the tub and is part of the case break assembly on the side of the dishwasher.
- You will need to pull the dishwasher out from the cabinet to access the side.
- Locate the case break assembly (a large, clear plastic labyrinth). Check the wire harness connection to the flow meter.
- If the connection is good, the entire case break assembly containing the flow meter needs to be replaced. This involves disconnecting multiple hoses.
