How to Fix 33C Error

UNPLUG THE REFRIGERATOR. This error indicates a failure of the heater on the ice maker’s fill tube, which prevents the tube from freezing.
You must access the ice maker compartment inside the refrigerator or freezer.
Remove the ice maker assembly to gain access to the fill tube behind it.
The heater is a small foil or wire element wrapped around the tube. Test it for continuity with a multimeter. If it’s open circuit, it has failed.
Replace the heater element or the entire fill tube and heater assembly. Reinstall the ice maker.
