Problem: Water overflow — tub level too high

How to Fix 0C Error

This is an ‘Overflow’ error. It means the water level sensor is malfunctioning and allowing the tub to fill with too much water.
UNPLUG THE WASHER. Access the main control area by removing the top panel of the washer.
Locate the water level sensor (pressure switch). It will have a thin air tube and a wire connector attached.
Disconnect the wiring and the air tube (check the tube for blockages or kinks). Remove the old sensor and install the new one.
Securely reattach the air tube and wire harness, then reassemble the washer.
