Problem: Water overflow — tub level too high
How to Fix 0C Error
- This is an ‘Overflow’ error. It means the water level sensor is malfunctioning and allowing the tub to fill with too much water.
- UNPLUG THE WASHER. Access the main control area by removing the top panel of the washer.
- Locate the water level sensor (pressure switch). It will have a thin air tube and a wire connector attached.
- Disconnect the wiring and the air tube (check the tube for blockages or kinks). Remove the old sensor and install the new one.
- Securely reattach the air tube and wire harness, then reassemble the washer.
