- Clean sensor contacts and surrounding area with isopropyl alcohol.
- If sensor tests faulty or shows damage: remove mounting hardware securing sensor.
- Extract old sensor assembly. Install new fan speed sensor using OEM part DA31-00126A.
- Secure mounting hardware. Route wiring away from moving fan blades.
- Reconnect harness firmly. Reassemble components. Restore power and verify fan operates at correct speeds during different cooling demands.
