Error Code: Washer Difficulty: Moderate

Problem: Pressure switch failure – water level sensor circuit fault

How to Fix Washer Error

1. Unplug washer and remove top panel to access pressure switch (mounted on right side wall).
2. Disconnect electrical connector and pressure hose from switch.
3. With hose disconnected, multimeter should show NO continuity across switch terminals.
4. Gently blow into pressure hose while monitoring continuity – switch should close at approximately
5. 5 PSI.
6. Check pressure hose for cracks, kinks, or water accumulation (replace hose WPW10351854 if damaged).
7. Verify hose connection at air dome on tub is secure and not clogged with detergent residue.
8. If switch doesn’t change state when blowing, replace pressure switch W
9. If switch tests good but error persists, check wiring harness continuity between switch and control board.
10. Inspect air dome port on tub for blockage – remove hose and probe with pipe cleaner if needed.
11. After repair, run diagnostic cycle verifying correct water level detection at multiple fill stages (low, medium, high).
