How to Fix F21 Error

    • UNPLUG washer from electrical power. Place towels under front access panel.
    • Open drain pump filter cover at lower front right. Drain residual water into container.
    • Remove filter and clear all debris (coins, socks, lint). Inspect pump impeller through opening.
    • Rotate impeller manually with finger—it must spin freely 360° with no grinding or resistance.
    • If impeller is damaged or pump housing is cracked: disconnect pump wiring harness, loosen hose clamps with pliers, remove 2 mounting screws, extract old pump.
    • Install new drain pump using OEM part W
    • Align mounting tabs, secure screws, reconnect hoses with clamps tightened firmly, reconnect wiring harness.
    • Reinstall filter and close cover until click is heard.
    • Restore power. Run spin/drain cycle to verify complete water removal within 90 seconds with no unusual noises.
