Problem: Triac short circuit detected in motor control module
How to Fix Washer Error
- Immediately unplug washer – triac failure can cause electrical hazards.
- Remove rear panel to access motor control unit (MCU).
- Visually inspect MCU board for burnt components, bulging capacitors, or charred areas near triac locations.
- Disconnect all harnesses from MCU and check for moisture intrusion or corrosion.
- Test continuity between motor terminals and ground (should be infinite resistance; any reading indicates short).
- If motor tests good, replace MCU assembly W
- Before reinstalling, verify no foreign objects are contacting motor wiring.
- After replacement, run diagnostic cycle monitoring motor operation at low/high speeds.
- If F07 returns immediately, inspect main control board (CCU) for output stage damage.
