How to Fix Washer Error

  1. Unplug washer and turn off water supply.
  2. Remove lower front panel by unscrewing 3 torx screws at bottom.
  3. Place towels underneath and slowly remove drain pump filter cap (turn counterclockwise) to drain residual water.
  4. Inspect and clean pump filter of coins, hairpins, and debris.
  5. Manually rotate impeller inside pump housing to verify free movement (should spin 360° without binding).
  6. Check drain hose for kinks, clogs, or improper height (must not exceed 96 inches above floor).
  7. Verify drain hose isn’t inserted >
  8. 5 inches into standpipe causing siphoning.
  9. If impeller is broken or pump doesn’t run during drain cycle, replace drain pump assembly W
  10. Test operation after repair.
