How to Fix Washer Error
- Unplug washer and turn off water supply.
- Remove lower front panel by unscrewing 3 torx screws at bottom.
- Place towels underneath and slowly remove drain pump filter cap (turn counterclockwise) to drain residual water.
- Inspect and clean pump filter of coins, hairpins, and debris.
- Manually rotate impeller inside pump housing to verify free movement (should spin 360° without binding).
- Check drain hose for kinks, clogs, or improper height (must not exceed 96 inches above floor).
- Verify drain hose isn’t inserted >
- 5 inches into standpipe causing siphoning.
- If impeller is broken or pump doesn’t run during drain cycle, replace drain pump assembly W
