Problem: Detergent cartridge not detected in dispenser

How to Fix dET Error

CHECK THE DETERGENT CARTRIDGE. Open the dispenser drawer and ensure the detergent cartridge is properly inserted and seated.
REMOVE AND RE-INSERT. Remove the cartridge, check for any blockages or improper positioning, and re-insert it firmly.
CLEAN THE CONTACTS. If the error persists, there may be detergent residue on the electrical contacts for the cartridge. Unplug the washer, remove the cartridge, and gently clean the contacts on both the cartridge and inside the dispenser housing with a soft, dry cloth.

If the replacement part didn’t fix the issue, you may have a wiring problem or main board failure.
