How to Fix F2E4 Error

  1. Disconnect the dryer from power.
  2. Remove the screws from the back of the top console to allow the control panel to hinge forward.
  3. Take a photo of the wire connections to the User Interface (UI) board.
  4. Carefully detach the ribbon cables and any other connectors.
  5. Release the plastic clips holding the UI board in place and swap it with the new one.
  6. Reconnect the wires and secure the console.
