How to Fix PC1 Error
- Unplug the washer, turn off the water, and tape the lid closed.
- Carefully lay the washer on its back to access the components underneath.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the clutch motor.
- Remove the pin that holds the plastic actuator arm to the clutch assembly.
- Remove the two 10mm bolts that secure the clutch motor assembly to the washer’s base.
- Remove the old clutch motor. You may need to transfer the plastic retainer arm to the new motor.
- Position the new clutch motor and secure it with the two 10mm bolts.
- Reinstall the actuator arm and secure it with the pin.
- Reconnect the electrical connector, carefully set the washer upright, and test its function.
