Problem: Hot/cold water supply hoses reversed (FlexWash)

How to Fix 14C2 Error

This code indicates the hot and cold water supply hoses for the upper FlexWash unit are reversed.
Shut off the water supply faucets behind the washer.
Disconnect the two water hoses from the back of the washer. The hose from the hot water faucet should connect to the ‘H’ or ‘HOT’ inlet port, and the hose from the cold water faucet should connect to the ‘C’ or ‘COLD’ inlet port.
Swap the hoses to their correct positions, tighten them securely, and turn the water faucets back on completely.

If the replacement part didn’t fix the issue, you may have a wiring problem or main board failure.
