⚠️ Safety Warning: Appliance repair involves electricity, gas, and moving parts. Always disconnect power before working on any appliance.

Error Code: 1 LC Difficulty: Moderate

Problem: Leak detected (FlexWash)

How to Fix 1 LC Error

  1. This is a ‘Leak’ error for the upper FlexWash unit. UNPLUG THE WASHER.
  2. This indicates the leak sensor in the base of the machine has detected water.
  3. You must find and repair the source of the leak. This could be from an over-sudsing condition, a loose hose, or a crack in a component related to the upper washer.
  4. After fixing the leak, you must dry out the base pan where the sensor is located. Tilting the machine forward can help drain the water and reset the sensor. If the error persists on a dry machine, the sensor itself has failed.
