Problem: Water not draining properly (FlexWash)

How to Fix 1 5C Error

This is a ‘no drain’ error for the upper FlexWash unit. First, check the drain pump filter for the main washer at the bottom-front of the machine, as a severe clog there can sometimes affect the whole system.
If the main filter is clean, the issue is with the small drain pump for the upper washer. UNPLUG THE WASHER.
Accessing this pump is difficult and requires removing the top and/or front panels to locate it.
Once accessed, check its hoses for clogs. If the hoses are clear, the small drain pump has failed and needs to be replaced.
