⚠️ Safety Warning: Appliance repair involves electricity, gas, and moving parts. Always disconnect power before working on any appliance.
Error Code: 1 1C Difficulty: Moderate
Problem: Water level sensor error or leak detected (FlexWash)
How to Fix 1 1C Error
- UNPLUG THE WASHER. This code is for the FlexWash unit and indicates a water level sensor error or a leak.
- First, check for any signs of a water leak under the machine. If a leak is found, the leak sensor has been tripped and the source of the leak must be found and repaired.
- If there is no leak, the water level sensor (pressure switch) for the upper washer has likely failed. Access it by removing the top panel.
- Disconnect the wire harness and the air tube from the old sensor. Check the tube for blockages. Install the new sensor, securely reattach the air tube and wire harness, then reassemble.
