UNPLUG THE REFRIGERATOR. This error indicates a problem with the fan motor in the Flex Zone drawer.
Accessing this fan requires disassembling the Flex Zone drawer and the rear wall of its compartment.
Once accessed, check the fan for obstructions like ice buildup. Check the wire harness for a secure fit.
If the fan is clear and wiring is good, the fan motor has failed and needs to be replaced. This is a difficult part to access.
