- Test thermal cutoff fuse mounted on heater housing for continuity. Replace if open circuit.
- Reconnect wiring harness. Reassemble panels. Restore power and run diagnostic heat cycle while verifying exhaust temperature stabilizes within normal range (135-155°F).
