How to Fix FC Error

This error indicates the control board is detecting an incorrect power frequency (e.g., 50Hz instead of 60Hz in North America). First, confirm the dryer is plugged into a dedicated 240V outlet and not an extension cord.
If the power source is correct, the main control board (PBA) is faulty. Shut off power at the circuit breaker.
Access the main control board by removing the top panel of the dryer.
Carefully label and disconnect all wire harnesses connected to the board.
Remove the mounting screws, replace the board, and securely reconnect all harnesses.
Reassemble the dryer and restore power.
