Problem: Temperature sensor fault (FlexDry models)

How to Fix 1tC5 Error

This is another variant of the temperature sensor fault, same as ‘1tCS’ and ‘1 tC’.
Unplug the dryer and locate the thermistor on the blower housing or heater duct.
Disconnect the wire harness and test the thermistor’s resistance with a multimeter. It should be approximately 10,000 ohms at room temperature.
If the test fails, replace the thermistor.
