How to Fix Normal + Heavy + Smart Auto blinking Error
- DISCONNECT POWER AND WATER. Shut off the circuit breaker and the water supply valve under the sink.
- PULL THE DISHWASHER FORWARD. You may not need to fully remove it, but you need to access the water connection point. Disconnect the main water supply line from the dishwasher.
- LOCATE THE WATER INLET VALVE. The water inlet valve (DD62-00084A) is the part the water supply line connects to. It will have a wire harness attached to it.
- REPLACE THE VALVE. Disconnect the wire harness. Unscrew the valve from its mounting bracket. Disconnect the interior hose that leads to the tub. Install the new valve by reversing these steps, ensuring all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- RECONNECT AND TEST. Reconnect the main water supply line, turn the water and power back on, and run a test cycle while checking the valve for any leaks.
