How to Fix Delicate + Smart Auto + Sanitize blinking Error
- DISCONNECT POWER AND WATER. Turn off the circuit breaker for the dishwasher and shut off the water supply valve.
- REMOVE THE DISHWASHER. Disconnect the drain hose, water supply line, and electrical wiring. Pull the dishwasher out from under the counter.
- ACCESS THE CIRCULATION MOTOR. Lay the dishwasher on its back or side on a protective blanket. The circulation motor (DD82-01319A) is a large component attached to the sump at the bottom of the tub.
- CHECK FOR BLOCKAGES. Before replacing, inspect the motor’s impeller for any debris that could be jamming it.
- REPLACE THE MOTOR. If no blockages are found, the motor has failed. Disconnect the wire harnesses and hoses attached to it. Unfasten the mounting clamps or screws and remove the old motor. Install the new motor, ensuring all seals and connections are tight.
- REASSEMBLE AND TEST. Reinstall the dishwasher, reconnect all lines, and restore power. Run a test cycle to confirm proper water circulation.
