How to Fix Dishwasher Error
- Unplug dishwasher from electrical power for 20 minutes to attempt deep memory reset.
- Restore power and observe if error clears during startup sequence.
- If persistent, remove lower access panel to expose main control board.
- Reseat all connectors on main board. Clean pins with electrical contact cleaner.
- Inspect board for physical damage to memory chips, burnt components, or loose solder joints.
- Check all board mounting screws and ground connections for tightness and corrosion.
- If no visible damage but error persists: replace main control board using OEM part DD92-00001A.
- Transfer all connectors to new board carefully. Secure mounting screws to 4 in-lbs torque.
- Restore power. Enter service mode per model instructions to initialize board memory.
- Run full system diagnostic to verify all functions operate correctly and error history is cleared.
