How to Fix Dishwasher Error

  1. Unplug dishwasher and open door.
  2. Locate turbidity sensor window on right side wall of tub (near bottom, behind lower rack).
  3. Dip soft cloth in isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe sensor window in circular motion to remove film.
  4. Use cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean edges and crevices of sensor housing.
  5. Rinse area with damp cloth to remove alcohol residue.
  6. Inspect sensor window for cracks or cloudiness. Replace if physically damaged.
  7. Close door. Restore power.
  8. Run Sensor Clean cycle (if available) or Normal cycle with empty dishwasher.
  9. Verify error clears and Auto cycle functions correctly with subsequent loads.
