Problem: Turbidity sensor dirty; optical window obscured by grease or mineral deposits
How to Fix Dishwasher Error
- Unplug dishwasher and open door.
- Locate turbidity sensor window on right side wall of tub (near bottom, behind lower rack).
- Dip soft cloth in isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe sensor window in circular motion to remove film.
- Use cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean edges and crevices of sensor housing.
- Rinse area with damp cloth to remove alcohol residue.
- Inspect sensor window for cracks or cloudiness. Replace if physically damaged.
- Close door. Restore power.
- Run Sensor Clean cycle (if available) or Normal cycle with empty dishwasher.
- Verify error clears and Auto cycle functions correctly with subsequent loads.
