⚠️ Safety Warning: Appliance repair involves electricity, gas, and moving parts. Always disconnect power before working on any appliance.
Error Code: E11 Difficulty: Moderate
Problem: The appliance is not filling with water during the washing phase of the cycle.
How to Fix E11 Error (Step-by-Step)
- Verify that both water supply taps are fully open and that the inlet hoses are not kinked or clogged.
- Unplug the washer. Turn off the water supply and disconnect the inlet hoses from the machine.
- Check and clean the small filter screens located inside the washer’s water inlet ports.
- If the screens are clean and water pressure to the machine is good, the water inlet valve may be faulty.
- To replace the valve, remove the top panel of the washer to access it. Disconnect the wire harnesses and hoses from the old valve.
- Remove the screws holding the valve in place and install the new one, ensuring all connections are secure.
- Reassemble the washer, turn on the water, and plug the machine in to test the filling process.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
