⚠️ Safety Warning: Appliance repair involves electricity, gas, and moving parts. Always disconnect power before working on any appliance.
Error Code: E07 Difficulty: Hard
Problem: Water overfill.
How to Fix E07 Error (Step-by-Step)
- Immediately unplug the washer and shut off the main water supply to prevent further flooding.
- First, check the water inlet valve, located where the water hoses connect to the back of the machine. Look for any signs of mechanical failure or debris holding a valve open.
- Next, locate the water level pressure switch. Disconnect the air tube attached to it and blow through it to clear any obstructions like suds or debris.
- If the air tube is clear, the pressure switch may not be signaling the main control board correctly. You can test the switch with a multimeter for continuity.
- If both the pressure switch and air tube are functioning, the water inlet valve is the most likely culprit, being stuck electronically or mechanically open.
- Replace the faulty component (either the pressure switch or the water inlet valve).
- Reconnect all hoses and wiring, turn the water supply back on, and plug in the washer to test its operation carefully.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
