How to Fix E03 Error (Step-by-Step)
- Ensure the washer is unplugged from the power source and confirm the error stays cleared during a full test cycle.
- Open the front door and find the door lock mechanism on the washer’s body.
- Carefully remove the bellow clamp and pull back the door bellow to get to the lock.
- Take out the screws that are holding the door lock in position.
- Unplug the electrical connector from the old lock and set the lock aside.
- Attach the electrical connector to the new door lock and mount it with the screws.
- Put the door bellow back in place with its clamp, then restore power to the washer.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
