How to Fix E03 Error (Step-by-Step)

Ensure the washer is unplugged from the power source and confirm the error stays cleared during a full test cycle.
Open the front door and find the door lock mechanism on the washer’s body.
Carefully remove the bellow clamp and pull back the door bellow to get to the lock.
Take out the screws that are holding the door lock in position.
Unplug the electrical connector from the old lock and set the lock aside.
Attach the electrical connector to the new door lock and mount it with the screws.
Put the door bellow back in place with its clamp, then restore power to the washer.
Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
