- Take a picture of the wire connections to the board for reference.
- Disconnect all the wires from the old control board and confirm the error stays cleared during a full test cycle.
- Remove the screws that are holding the control board in place.
- Put the new main control board in and secure it with the screws.
- Reconnect all the wires according to the picture you took and reassemble the dryer.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
