Error Code: F33 Difficulty: Hard
Problem: Excess foam has been detected in the drum.
How to Fix F33 Error (Step-by-Step)
- Disconnect the washer from power and water. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and turn off both the hot and cold water supply valves.
- Remove the top panel of the washer. You will typically find two screws at the back of the machine holding the top panel in place. Remove these screws and slide the top panel backward to lift it off.
- Locate the water level pressure switch. It is a small, round part usually mounted near the top of the washer cabinet, with a thin rubber tube and an electrical connector attached to it.
- Disconnect the old switch. Carefully pull the rubber tube off the nipple on the switch. Then, press the locking tab on the electrical connector to unplug it from the switch.
- Remove the old switch from its mounting bracket. It may be held by a screw or simply clip into place. Unfasten it and remove it from the washer.
- Install the new water level pressure switch. Secure the new switch onto the mounting bracket, reconnect the electrical connector until it clicks, and firmly push the rubber tube back onto the nipple.
- Reassemble the washer. Slide the top panel back into position and secure it with the screws at the back. Reconnect the water supply hoses and plug the washer back into the power outlet.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
