Error Code: E10 Difficulty: Easy
Problem: Blocked pump.
How to Fix E10 Error (Step-by-Step)
- Press the ‘Start/Pause’ button to stop the current cycle.
- Locate the small service flap at the bottom front of the washer.
- Place a shallow tray and a towel underneath the flap to catch residual water.
- Carefully open the flap. You will see a drain hose and a large filter cap.
- Slowly unscrew the filter cap, allowing the water to drain out completely into the tray.
- Once drained, fully remove the cap and inspect the filter and the pump housing for any blockages like lint, coins, or other debris. Clear any obstructions you find.
- Screw the filter cap back on tightly, secure the drain hose, and close the service flap.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
