How to Fix E04 Error (Step-by-Step)

  1. This error indicates that the dryer drum is too full for the clothes to tumble properly.
  2. Press the ‘Start/Stop’ button to pause the current cycle.
  3. Open the dryer door and remove approximately one-third to one-half of the laundry.
  4. The remaining clothes should have plenty of space to move and fall freely within the drum.
  5. Close the dryer door securely and confirm the error stays cleared during a full test cycle.
  6. Press the ‘Start/Stop’ button again to resume the cycle with the smaller load.
  7. You will need to dry the items you removed in a separate load.
  8. Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.

Still Not Working?
