Error Code: E04 Difficulty: Easy
Problem: Overloading of the dryer.
How to Fix E04 Error (Step-by-Step)
- This error indicates that the dryer drum is too full for the clothes to tumble properly.
- Press the ‘Start/Stop’ button to pause the current cycle.
- Open the dryer door and remove approximately one-third to one-half of the laundry.
- The remaining clothes should have plenty of space to move and fall freely within the drum.
- Close the dryer door securely and confirm the error stays cleared during a full test cycle.
- Press the ‘Start/Stop’ button again to resume the cycle with the smaller load.
- You will need to dry the items you removed in a separate load.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
