3. Locate the small, typically round, drain pump cover next to the filter housing. Use a small tool or your fingers to gently pry or twist it open.
4. With the cover removed, look inside and check the drain pump impeller (the small spinning blade). Ensure it can move freely.
5. Carefully feel inside the pump housing for any hard obstructions like glass shards, bones, or fruit pits. Wear protective gloves for this step.
