How to Fix E08 Error (Step-by-Step)

  1. Press the ‘On/Off’ button to turn the dishwasher off and cancel the current cycle.
  2. Open the dishwasher door and check the position of the gray drain hose located under your sink.
  3. The drain hose must be looped up high, with the top of the loop secured as close to the underside of the countertop as possible. This creates a ‘high loop’.
  4. A proper high loop prevents water from the sink drain from flowing back into the dishwasher and also stops water from siphoning out of the tub during a cycle.
  5. If the hose is not looped high enough, reposition it and secure it in place with a zip tie or clamp.
  6. After confirming the high loop, close the dishwasher door, select a new wash cycle, and press ‘Start’ to see if the error is resolved.
  7. Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.

Still Not Working?
