- Remove any forgotten items such as clothes, towels, or other laundry.
- The ‘Clean Washer’ cycle is meant to clean the inside of the machine and must be run completely empty.
- Close the lid securely and confirm the error stays cleared during a full test cycle.
- Select the ‘Clean Washer’ cycle again and press ‘Start’ with the now-empty drum.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
