- Remove the lower front access panel to get to the burner and ignition assembly.

- Unplug the wire connector that supplies power to the igniter.
- Remove the single screw holding the igniter in its bracket and gently pull the old one out.
- Carefully install the new igniter without touching the element with bare hands, as oils can cause premature failure, and secure it with the screw.
- Reconnect the wiring, restore the gas supply and power, and test the dryer’s heating function.
