How to Fix E35 Error (Step-by-Step)

  1. First, unplug the washing machine to prevent any electrical accidents.
  2. Locate the water inlet valve at the back of the machine where the water hoses connect. Inspect it to see if it’s stuck open, which can cause overfilling.
  3. Disconnect the water hoses and check the small filter screens inside the valve connections for debris; clean them if necessary.
  4. Access the pressure switch by removing the top panel. Check the air hose connected to it for blockages or damage.
  5. If the valve and hose seem okay, the pressure switch is the next part to check. It may not be correctly sensing the water level.
  6. Replace the pressure switch by disconnecting its wires and hose, removing the old part, and installing the new one.
  7. If the problem persists after replacing the pressure switch, the water inlet valve is likely faulty and needs to be replaced.
  8. Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
