Error Code: F23 Difficulty: Hard
Problem: Aquastop activated; indicates a leak.
How to Fix F23 Error (Step-by-Step)
- Turn off the water supply and unplug the washer from the electrical outlet to ensure safety.
- Carefully pull the washer away from the wall to access the back panel and water connections.
- Locate the Aquastop valve, which is the blue or grey box attached directly to the water faucet.
- Inspect the hose and the Aquastop valve for any visible signs of leaks, cracks, or damage.
- If a leak is confirmed, the entire Aquastop hose and valve assembly needs to be replaced as it is a single sealed unit.
- Unscrew the old Aquastop valve from the faucet and detach the other end of the hose from the washer’s water inlet valve.
- Install the new Aquastop hose and valve, ensuring all connections are tight to prevent further leaks.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
