- Remove the outer retaining ring that secures the door boot seal to the front panel.
- Peel back the door boot seal around the door lock assembly to gain access to the mounting screws.
- Unscrew the door lock assembly from the front panel and disconnect the wiring harness.
- Connect the wiring harness to the new door lock assembly and mount it onto the front panel with the screws.
- Re-secure the door boot seal with the retaining ring, plug in the washer, and test the new door lock.
