How to Fix E10 Error (Step-by-Step)

  1. Press the ‘Start/Pause’ button to stop the current cycle.
  2. Locate the small service flap at the bottom front of the washer.
  3. Place a shallow tray and a towel underneath the flap to catch residual water.
  4. Carefully open the flap. You will see a drain hose and a large filter cap.
  5. Slowly unscrew the filter cap, allowing the water to drain out completely into the tray.
  6. Once drained, fully remove the cap and inspect the filter and the pump housing for any blockages like lint, coins, or other debris. Clear any obstructions you find.
  7. Screw the filter cap back on tightly, secure the drain hose, and close the service flap.
  8. Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
