Problem: Water leak in the tub or air leak in the pressure sensor air hose.
How to Fix E13 Error (Step-by-Step)
- Unplug the washer from the electrical outlet and turn off the water supply valves.
- Disconnect the hot and cold water hoses and the drain hose from the back of the washer.
- Carefully tilt the washer backwards and prop it securely against a wall to access the bottom.
- Locate the drain pump at the bottom of the machine. Disconnect the wire harness and the hoses attached to it, having a towel ready for residual water.
- Remove the screws mounting the old drain pump and install the new one in its place.
- Reconnect the hoses and wire harness to the new pump.
- Carefully set the washer upright, reconnect all hoses, and plug it back in.
- Turn the appliance off, wait about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
