How to Fix Refill Softener Error

This is a reminder for models with an automatic dispenser.
Open the dispenser drawer, usually located on the top left of the washer.
Locate the compartment marked ‘Softener’ or with a flower icon.
Pour liquid fabric softener into the compartment, being careful not to exceed the ‘MAX’ fill line.
Close the dispenser drawer securely.
