Problem: Door not closed or locked properly (FlexWash)

How to Fix 1 dC Error

This code is for the upper FlexWash unit door. First, open the small top door and close it again firmly to ensure it is latched.
Check for any clothing or foreign objects obstructing the latch mechanism.
If the door is closing properly but the error persists, the door lock switch has failed. UNPLUG THE WASHER.
To replace the lock, you must remove the top control console and/or top panel of the washer to access the lock assembly from underneath.
Disconnect the wire harness, remove the mounting screws, install the new lock, and reassemble.
