Problem: Over-level water / Too much water in dishwasher

How to Fix OC Error

DISCONNECT POWER AND WATER. Shut off the circuit breaker and the water supply valve.
CHECK THE DRAIN PATH. Before replacing parts, ensure the drain hose is not kinked or clogged. Check the garbage disposal connection or sink drain for blockages.
REPLACE THE DRAIN PUMP. If the drain path is clear, the drain pump may be faulty. Pull the dishwasher out and lay it on its back. The drain pump (DD81-02707A) is at the bottom. Disconnect its wires and hoses, remove the mounting screws, and install the new pump.
REPLACE THE WATER INLET VALVE. If the dishwasher overfills even when off, the water inlet valve (DD62-00084A) is stuck open. It’s located where the main water line connects to the dishwasher. Disconnect the line and the outlet hose, unplug the wire harness, and replace the valve.
REASSEMBLE AND TEST. Reconnect all lines, restore power, and run a drain/cancel cycle, then a fill cycle to test both repairs.
