⚠️ Safety Warning: Appliance repair involves electricity, gas, and moving parts. Always disconnect power before working on any appliance.

Error Code: Delicate + Sanitize blinking Difficulty: Moderate

Problem: Low level sensor / Circulation motor error (non-digital display)

How to Fix Delicate + Sanitize blinking Error

  1. DISCONNECT POWER AND WATER. Turn off the circuit breaker and the water supply.
  2. PULL OUT THE DISHWASHER. Disconnect all lines and remove the unit from under the counter. Lay it on its back or side on a protective blanket.
  3. INSPECT AND REPLACE THE SUMP ASSEMBLY. This error can be caused by a faulty low-level water sensor, which is part of the sump assembly (DD97-00136A). Inspect the sump for cracks or damage. If it appears faulty, disconnect all hoses and wires, remove it, and install the new assembly.
  4. INSPECT AND REPLACE THE CIRCULATION MOTOR. If the sump appears fine, the issue could be the circulation motor (DD82-01319A) failing to run. Check its impeller for debris. If clear, the motor likely needs replacement. Disconnect its wires and hoses, remove the mounting hardware, and swap in the new motor.
  5. REASSEMBLE AND TEST. Reinstall the dishwasher, reconnect all lines, and restore power. Run a test cycle.
