How to Fix F5E2 Error
- This error is functionally the same as code 5-
- The control board did not detect the door opening between cycles.
- Always open the door for several seconds after a cycle is complete.
- If the error persists, the door latch assembly’s microswitch is likely failing. Disconnect power.
- Disassemble the door to access the latch assembly.
- Test the switches with a multimeter. If a switch is faulty, replace the entire door latch assembly.
- Reassemble the door and restore power.
