Problem: Water Inlet Error. The unit did not reach the required water level after 10 minutes of filling.
How to Fix IE Error
- Verify the home water supply valve is fully open and the line is not kinked.
- Turn off water and power. Remove the water inlet hose from the valve and check the small mesh filter screen inside the valve for sediment.
- Clean the screen with a toothbrush.
- If water pressure is good and the screen is clean but water won’t enter, replace the Water Inlet Valve (located behind the kickplate).
