Problem: Power Supply Error. The main control board detects improper voltage setup (often improper neutral/ground bonding) or high voltage spikes.
How to Fix Dryer Error
- Unplug the dryer.
- Inspect the power cord terminal block on the rear of the machine.
- Ensure the white (neutral) wire is tightly secured in the center and not touching the chassis ground if using a 4-prong cord.
- Ensure the outlet is wired correctly (L1 to Neutral = 120V, L2 to Neutral = 120V, L1 to L2 = 240V).
- Restart the unit.
