How to Fix Dishwasher Error
- Unplug dishwasher for 15 minutes to reset electronics.
- Restore power and check if error clears. If persistent, proceed.
- Remove lower access panel to access main control board.
- Inspect board thoroughly for burnt components, bulging capacitors, or charred traces near processor chip.
- Check all board mounting screws and ground connections for tightness and corrosion.
- Reseat all wiring harness connectors on main board. Clean pins with contact cleaner.
- If visual inspection shows damage or error persists after reset: replace main control board using OEM part DD92-00001A.
- Transfer all connectors to new board one-by-one. Secure mounting screws to 4 in-lbs torque.
- Restore power. Enter service mode per model instructions to initialize board.
- Run full diagnostic test sequence to verify all subsystems operate correctly and error is cleared.
