How to Fix Dishwasher Error
- Immediately unplug dishwasher and turn off water supply valve.
- Remove standing water from tub and base pan using wet/dry vacuum.
- Inspect inlet valve assembly for slow leaks (water entering tub when dishwasher is off).
- Clean inlet valve screen per 4C procedure. Test valve operation per 4E procedure.
- Check pressure switch/flow meter operation (if equipped): verify air hose is clear and connected.
- Dry moisture sensor pad thoroughly under tub. Allow 60 minutes air drying time.
- If inlet valve leaks: replace valve assembly using OEM part DD61-00001A.
- If sensor remains triggered after drying and leak repair: replace moisture sensor using OEM part DD31-00005A.
- Reassemble all components securely.
- Restore water and power. Run short cycle with panels off to visually confirm no overflow or leaks.
