How to Fix Dishwasher Error
- Unplug dishwasher for 10 minutes to reset all electronics.
- Remove top panel, control console, and lower access panel to expose all internal harnesses.
- Reseat every wiring harness connector between main board and all subsystems (motor, sensors, valves).
- Clean all connector pins with electrical contact cleaner and lint-free swab. Allow drying time.
- Inspect entire harness routing for damage, pinching, or rodent activity. Repair compromised sections.
- Verify all ground connections are tight and corrosion-free at chassis points.
- If error persists after reseating: replace main control board using OEM part DD92-00001A.
- Transfer connectors to new board one-by-one. Secure mounting screws to 4 in-lbs torque.
- Restore power. Enter diagnostic mode (Temp+Delay Start+Power) to verify communication with all subsystems.
- Run full system diagnostic test sequence to confirm error clearance and proper operation.
